With a bit of reluctance, due to perfectionism, I‘m releasing the first public beta of ecto 2. It has endured 3 weeks of intensive beta testing by several enthusiast ecto users as well as a bunch of newcomers. The rough edges and the nasty bugs have been dealt with, so this version should be relatively stable. It will still have some bugs, as all software do. If you feel like trying out ecto 2, download it, read the included documentation (especially upgrading.rtfd), and install it.
