TexShop is a TeX previewer for Mac OS X, written in Cocoa. Since pdf is a native file format on OS X, TeXShop uses "pdftex" and "pdflatex" rather than "tex" and "latex" to typeset; these programs in the standard teTeX distribution of TeX produce pdf output instead of dvi output.

iTeXMac integrates a teTeX front end, a text editor, a pdf viewer to ease production of higher quality text, with the aid of D.E. Knuth typesetting system.

TOCBrowser is a Mac OS X viewer application for the TeX Catalogue Online, which has descriptions of many packages and add-ons for TeX. TCOBrowser allows direct browsing of CTAN (the Comprehensive TeX Archive Network), by double-clicking on an entry name, as well as searching and sorting by category. If you have local TeX documentation, TCOBrowser can also search for it and display it with the appropriate TeX Catalogue entry.

Am Rande: Versiontracker hat einen kleinen Relaunch gemacht. Finde ich sehr praktisch, wenn auch nicht übersichtlicher, das neue Design, weil ich vorher immer Probleme mit dem Copy-n-Paste hatte.
